• Weekly lessons occur once per week, and bimonthly lessons occur 2x per month. To change plans, we must receive written notice (you can email us at admin@novelmusicstudios.com).

• No missed lessons, other than those missed by our instructors, will be refunded, but they all can be made up within 4 week of the missed lesson. Lessons missed by our instructors can either be rescheduled or refunded.

• Holidays are included in our flat monthly rate. If you are starting lessons September-December or in the middle of any month, we will work out how much you owe independently of the flat monthly rate for the rest of the year. See the "Holidays" section for the dates our teachers won't be teaching.
